Amit Singh, the founder of DOI LIVE, has over 17 years experience including decade of working experience in USA, Japan and Many European countries. His passion on building new platform for doctors and Patient started DOI LIVE. Which have been consumer focused entities utilizing the latest technologies. During the past 3 years, Amit has established significant relationships, at the highest levels, with a broad range of the country's premier health organizations. This has helped him develop a vision for DOI LIVE to be a leader in healthcare innovation providing customers with convenient access complete integrated health network.
Chuck Hector
Chief Revenue Officer
Chuck Hector has over 22 years of experience in healthcare serving in multiple corporate development and sales leadership roles including legal and medical publisher Reed Elsevier, health incentives company IncentOne, managed behavioral health care company ComPsych Corporation and CSI, the first manufacturer of self-service health monitoring kiosks in the U.S.
Kuldeep Hajela
Chief Financial Officer
Kuldeep Hajela is an experienced finance executive with nearly 20 years in the healthcare industry. He served as CFO of Liberty Medical Supply during a six year period when the company ramped up from $30 million in revenue to $356 million. In addition to earning a CPA, Kuldeep also holds a law degree.
Dr. John A. Anderson
Chief Alliance Officer
Dr. Anderson is an Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia. He completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Duke University and was Assistant Team Physician to the Duke Basketball and Football teams. He also completed a Clinical Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction and Joint Replacement at Hospital for Special Surgery. He received an M.Sc (in Clinical and Translational Investigation) from Cornell University's Weill Medical College and completed Harvard Business School's Executive Education Program for Leadership Development 2009-2010. His focus is adult arthroscopic knee surgery. He is Assistant Professor at Thomas Jefferson University with a research interest in cartilage and stem cells.
Justin Stone
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer
Justin Stone is a Florida licensed attorney specializing in Health Care and Corporate Transaction law. Prior to joining DOI LIVE, he was a valuable a member of the in-house legal teams for Shands Hospital and MDVIP, Inc. (a Procter & Gamble subsidiary) before serving as the general counsel for Practice Communications LLC. He has valuable experience and expertise in privacy and health care compliance regulations such as HIPAA and The HITECH ACT.
Dr. Steve Gurland
President DOI LIVE Medical Group
A graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine, and of the Mount Sinai Medical Center General Internal Medicine Residency Program, Dr. Gurland is a co-founder of DOI LIVE Inc. and an original member of the board. Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Gurland's breadth of knowledge as an experienced healthcare executive stems over three decades of leadership. Prior to DOI LIVE, he served as PacifiCare of Florida's Medical Director where he managed and practiced in large multi-specialty medical groups. Dr. Gurland also owned and operated Humana affiliated medical clinics.
Dr. Gurland currently serves as the President and Senior Medical Director of the DOI LIVE Medical Group. As the most senior clinician of the DOI LIVE Medical Group, Dr. Gurland is responsible for working with all the company's diverse and comprehensive business units to improve the quality and efficiency of the health services DOI LIVE provides to the millions of members served worldwide.
Dr. Deborah Mulligan
Chief Medical Officer, DOI LIVE Inc.
Dr. Deborah Mulligan is an accomplished physician executive whose past experiences includes the role of Pediatric Services Medical Director for the nation's 4th largest safety net hospital system serving a county of 1.6 million residents. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Key international/national positions include those held with the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), International Pediatric Association and National Association of EMS Physicians.
Dr. Steven Motarjeme
Chief Medical Officer, DOI LIVE PA
Steven C Motarjeme, MD is the Chief Medical Officer of DOI LIVE, PA. He has played an integral part in developing the DOI LIVE physician network and helped set the high standards in Telemedicine that exist today. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and went on to do residencies in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Pediatrics at Ohio State Universtiy. Dr Motarjeme served as Chief Medical Officer of SymMetric Revenue solutions, Inc, helping transition the company to a fully integrated billing and education company.

Dr. Motarjeme has also served as a Regional Director, Medical Directorships, and practicing Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Hospitalist medicine. He developed the SE and Midwest regions for a Emergency Medicine staffing company. In addition, he implemented development of many new Hospitalist and Telemedicine programs in both small and large tertiary hospitals. He has written countless protocols in both these fields and Telemedicine. Dr. Motarjeme has an undergraduate degree in Genetics from UC-Davis and has been responsible for numerous publications in the then budding field of Genetics.

His dedication to the profession of Medicine involve him as a member of numerous professional societies, including American Medical Association, American Telemedicine Association, Amercian College of Emergency Medicine, and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. John Sharp
Chief Behavioral Health Officer
Dr. John Sharp is a seasoned medical professional; board certified psychiatrist, best selling author, and media expert. He is on faculty at the Harvard Medical School and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, dividing his time between Boston and Los Angeles. Dr. Sharp is renowned for translating medical advances into clinical practice and for clearly conveying evidenced-based messages. Dr. Sharp is member of The American College of Psychiatrists and the examining committee of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, determining standards of practice and professional competence. He is an award winning educator and Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine. He has been voted by his peers for inclusion in Best Doctors in America for past six years.
Arlene Rodriguez
Executive Vice President, Operations
Arlene is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 14 years experience in leading Operations and Finance teams, contributing to overall company profitability. She has turnaround experience with a proven track record of spearheading and executing multimillion dollar cost-savings initiatives. Consistently delivering results in roles that include a broad range of accountability.
Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, Arlene attended Florida State University and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.S. in Finance and followed up with an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Susan Mihojevich
Senior Vice President, Client Success
Ms. Mihojevich has over 20 years of experience in several facets of health care. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago, a Master's of Science from the Adlerian Institute of Chicago and a Masters of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Sue resides outside of Milwaukee, WI with her husband, 2 children and large extended family. She is active in coaching local high school students participating in church based sporting activities.

Leslie Courtney
Senior Vice President, Client Success
Leslie Courtney has more than 15 years of experience in health care serving in senior management roles across multiple leading organizations. She spent nearly 10 years helping to increase the footprint of worksite wellness through private corporate initiative and channel development at Johnson & Johnson HCS and BCBSRI.Leslie continued her healthcare work becoming the top Channel Development revenue generator at IncentOne™ in 2007 and successfully led a team of new and retention business professionals as the SVP of Business Development at Consumer's Medical Resource starting in 2009. Leslie regularly speaks at national healthcare conferences including National Business Group on Health, World Congress, and Employee Benefit News.

Sai Lavanya is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has over 10 years of work experience with PwC and BIAL. She has got diverse experience in financial risk management and Corporate Governance during her PwC days. In her last role, she was working as Senior Finance Manager of financial controllership at BIAL, She has rich experience of working with large multinational clients like Infosys, RBI, Hewlett Packard etc.
Sanjay Patil
MD, MS, FACC Chief Medical Informatics Officer

Dr Patil is a Cardiologist with 18 years of prior experience in clinical practice, hospital administration, physician/hospital joint venture development, and quality management. He completed his Cardiology fellowship at Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, in addition to a Master's in Clinical Research and Biostatistics. His published research and clinical trial interest focuses on machine learning (Neural networks, genetic algorithms, logistic regression) to identify patients at risk for adverse clinical events. He brings extensive EHR data model, workflow, and implementation experience to the DOI LIVE family. In the area of population health, he lead a hospital readmission reduction program that brought heart failure readmissions down from 24% to 3% using a combination of predictive models, biometric monitoring, and EHR workflow/clinical decision support. The compelling results of the readmission pilot underscored the importance of EHR workflow, big data in clinical application, and interoperability.

Brian Lichtlin
Senior Vice President - Product Management

As SVP of Product Management for DOI LIVE, Brian Lichtlin brings more than 15 years of Healthcare Technology experience in areas of developing and marketing cloud-based technologies across 23 different ambulatory-care specialties.

Prior to joining DOI LIVE, Brian was co-founder and CEO of MedAppz, LLC, an Electronic Health Record and Practice Management Company Co-Headquartered out of Wichita, KS and Naples, FL, where he was responsible for overseeing the sales, overall design and development of the Company's software as well as daily operations of the organization. Brian sold MedAppz in 2011 to Sage Healthcare (now Greenway Health) and assisted the Company in launching their first cloud-based Electronic Health Record and Practice Management Software to their customer-base of over 100,000 physicians.

Prior to Co-Founding MedAppz, LLC, Brian was Chief Technology officer for Mediavue Technologies in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he lead a team of developers and product managers on the development of numerous cloud-based technologies.

Brian sits on the board of Pacific Global, a Revenue Cycle Management Company that processes more than $2 billion in medical claims annually for large Hospitals and Health Systems.

Jason Casten
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Jason brings over 20 years of experience leading M&A activity, strategic planning, and capital raises in both a private equity and corporate setting. He has executed and advised on over 50 transactions with a total market value exceeding $2 billion. Prior to joining DOI LIVE, Jason served as SVP of Corporate Development for Watermark Medical Holdings, sourcing and executing investments in the healthcare and technology space. He also advised Fortune 100 clients and some of the largest private equity funds as a member of PwC's Transaction Services group in New York. Jason began his career in KPMG's Healthcare Consulting practice.
Leigh Ann Ruggles
Executive Vice President of Sales and Client Success
Leigh Ann Ruggles brings 20 years of experience across sales, client management, marketing and product strategy roles in healthcare and technology companies. She has extensive experience in mobile health and telemedicine as well as population health management. Leigh Ann joined DOI LIVE from Verizon, where she led Strategy and Business Development for their mobile health solutions group and built the sales, marketing and client management organization for their remote monitoring and telemedicine products. Prior to that, she led sales for numerous channels within Healthways, including health plans, health systems and self-insured employers. Leigh Ann graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and holds roles on a number of local non-profit boards.
Corporate HR Director
Melisa brings over 10 years of Human Resources Management experience in implementing various HR processes and policies within Healthcare industries such as HCR ManorCare and Armor Correctional Health Services. She earned her MBA in International Business from FIU and Bachelors in Health Administration from FAU. Her expertise stems deep into Policies and Regulations, Performance Development, Benchmarking, Compliance, Employee Relations, Staffing/Recruitment, Training/Development and various HRIS systems. Melisa is responsible for heading DOI LIVE's HR initiatives using her deep human resources and healthcare experience to balance culture and company growth.
Terry Smallhorne
Vice President, Strategic Procurement
Terry Smallhorne is an accomplished health care executive with proven experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement along with Operations, Managed Care, Health Plans and Health Systems. Areas of proficiency include policy development, physician practice management, vendor management, strategic business development and expansion, risk management, Compliance and HIPAA/Privacy. Prior to joining DOI LIVE, Terry worked with Nicklaus Children's Hospital, Health System One, Foundation Health and Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She holds a Masters in Health Administration as well as a Masters in Health Law.

As Vice President of Strategic Procurement, Terry is responsible for directing the contracting, proposal and administrative services for the Legal department in support of the organization, its subsidiaries and affiliates strategic plans and initiatives.
Ashley Gibson
Vice President Product Management and Engineering, Breakthrough
Ashley has over 15 years experience in product management, leading efforts in high growth companies. He oversaw all web properties at Epocrates, the #1 medical clinical content tool among U.S. physicians. Epocrates went public before being acquired by Athena Health. At StubHub he built a best in class marketplace and developed 6 patents. StubHub is the worlds largest ticket marketplace and was acquired by eBay. Ashley has a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Sussex, UK, and a master's degree in business administration from Warwick Business School, UK.
Leann Arkema
Chief Operating Officer, Breakthrough
Leann has extensive experience in starting and scaling successful and sustainable organizations that deliver change. She most recently served as the founding President/CEO of Gilda's Club Grand Rapids, the largest provider of cancer and grief support in a network of 52 organizations across North America. She also founded and delivered Gilda's LaughFest, one of the nation's most successful comedy-laughter Festivals that draws 55,000 annually. She brings a deep understanding for start-ups, and is passionate about creating emotionally healthy cultures that value excellence while supporting the whole person. Leann has over 25 year of experience in multiple sectors including the college and university, arts, political, non-profit and healthcare environments.
Leann holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a master's degree from Michigan State University where she focused her studies on Non-Profit Administration.
Neeta Crawford
Vice President Marketing, Breakthrough
Neeta brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications and product management. She has held leadership positions in a diverse range of Fortune 500 and start up healthcare organizations, including McKesson, Hill Physicians Medical Group, and Health Net. Prior to joining Breakthrough, Neeta worked at McKesson as Director of Product Management, where she led user engagement strategy for the Health Solutions business unit. Neeta also served as Director of Program Communications and was responsible for all business unit marketing and communications. Neeta holds a bachelor's degree from California State University East Bay and a M.B.A. from Golden Gate University.
